Our approach
Our practice utilizes a variety of evidence-based treatments including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), informed Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Both Katelin and Kristen have also received training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International.

Our Specialties
Infertility
There are many reasons why reproductive assistance may be needed, and pursuing fertility treatment can bring up feelings of stress and uncertainty. It is so important to seek out support to manage these feelings. Through our specialized training, we can provide that support and help you decide next steps that feel right for you.
Pregnancy Loss
For women who know they are pregnant, about 10-20 percent end in miscarriage. This time can lead to feelings of isolation, anxiety, and depression. You deserve to have the space to process and heal, and we are here to provide a non-judgemental space for you to do that.
Pregnancy Support
Being pregnant and preparing to have a baby can be one of the biggest transitions you go through in your life- physically, mentally, and emotionally. If feelings of depression and anxiety come up during pregnancy, you do not have to be alone to deal with them. We can help you process and explore these feelings, and help you to get ready for baby.
Postpartum Depression & Anxiety
Mild mood changes after giving birth after having a child can be normal, but if heightened anxiety and depression persist or develop within 12 months of having your child, this could be a sign of postpartum depression and/or anxiety. Through our professional training and personal experience, we can work with you to get the support you need.
Parenting & Caregiver Support
Moving into a role as a caregiver (either as a parent or caring for another loved friend or family member) can, at times, present challenges. Learning to balance your self-care with the care of others is not an easy task. Take the first step in your self-care journey by seeking support for you.
Life Transitions
Life is a series of transitions, with some being more challenging to navigate than others. From transition in your career, relationship, parenting (or any transition that may be causing difficulty in your daily life), we are here to help.
